How to Sign Up or Renew

You can sign up as a new member online, or renew by phone:

1. Call BJ’s Membership Services at 800-313-8887 (Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm EST).
2. Provide the MLL Fundraiser Group Code: 822065.
3. Have your debit or credit card information ready.
4. If renewing, have your BJ’s membership ID available (found on your card or in the BJ’s app).
