Maryville Little League is a nonprofit organization focusing on the values and traditions of Little League Baseball and Softball. MLL was first chartered with Little League International in 1952 and then located next to the Blount County Courthouse. In 1976, they purchased the land where the current fields sit next to Blount Memorial Hospital. While many changes have taken place over the years, the Little League Pledge has remained the same.

Little League Pledge:
I trust in God, 
I love my country and will respect it's laws, 
I will play fair and strive to win, 
But win or lose, 
I will always do my best.
